Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase however Soaplicious LLC does NOT allow returns or exchanges.  Due to the nature of soap being a personal item, we cannot resell personal items that have not remained under our care.  

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.

 

REFUNDS

Product refunds will be determined on an individual basis only. Soaplicious LLC reserves the right to deny a refund request. Please consider that fragrances and scents are different for every person. No refunds will be given based on scent. Please note that fragrance-free soap may still have a scent due to the ingredients used and it’s possible that fragrance-free soap may absorb scent from surrounding soap.

Refunds or replacements will not be given if you claim you did not receive your package but tracking confirms it was delivered. Soaplicious LLC is not responsible for any costs/fees incurred by customs.

Soaplicious LLC may replace items if they are defective or damaged due to shipping. We may require photos or other proof of the damage to determine if an exchange is warranted. Please contact Soaplicious LLC with any questions at sopalicious.pat@gmail.com.
