Q: What kind of shipping do you offer? 

A: Domestic: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS.  International: USPS Priority Mail International to 190 countries

 

Q: How quickly will my order ship?

A: Generally, your order will take 2-3 business days to process and prepare for shipping.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order? 

A: You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. Please refer to our policies for more information. 

 

Q: What do I do if my items are damaged? 

A: Contact us right away at soaplicious.pat@gmail.com if your items have been damaged due to shipping.  Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

 

Q: Can I return or exchange the soap I received? 

A: We want you to be happy with your purchase however Soaplicious LLC does NOT allow returns or exchanges.  Due to the nature of soap being a personal item, we cannot resell personal items that have not remained under our care.  Please refer to our policies for more information.

 

Q: Do you do custom orders?

Q: Should I be concerned if I see small beads of moisture on my soap? 

A: The moisture you may see is called glycerin dew. Sometimes when there is too much moisture in the air the glycerin will come up to the surface of the soap and form beads as it traps the moisture. This is normal and is just a sign that the glycerin is doing its job by locking moisture in. This rarely happens and does not affect your soap in any way.

 

General Information and Suggestions:

  • Each bar of soap is made from high-quality, natural ingredients to ensure a long-lasting, refreshing, and cleansing experience. 
  • Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products (e.g. soaps) prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
  • Please consider that fragrances and scents are different for every person. No refunds will be given based on scent. Please note that fragrance-free soap may still have a scent due to the ingredients used and it’s possible that fragrance-free soap may absorb scent from surrounding soap.
  • To ensure the best experience, keep your soap bars in a well-ventilated area and allow the water to drain after each use.
